Real Living Moves into Commercial Real Estate, Launches Real Living Business - Feb 12, 2008

COLUMBUS, Ohio (Feb. 12, 2008) – With the launch of Real Living Business, Real Living has
expanded its focus beyond residential real estate, building on its corporate strengths of innovative and
award-winning use of technology, including Web sites, and customer service. Real Living Business is
the firm’s new brand — a national commercial real estate network offering franchise opportunities.
The first Real Living Business joint venture partnership is The Commercial Partnership. The
Commercial Partnership is a merger of leading local commercial real estate companies Group One
Realty and Property One. It will operate at 1377 Dublin Road, in what is currently Property One’s office.
